Célia Ema Cumbe

Célia Ema Cumbe has a degree in Governance, Public Administration and Accounting from Eduardo Mondlane University and the Higher Polytechnic Institute in Mozambique. Ms. Cumbe is currently a city councillor with the Maputo city hall, where she coordinates the Mozambican network of participatory budgets (Rede Mocambicana de Orcamento Participativo, REMOP).
